We recommend removing jewellery during sleep, bathing, swimming, and active play.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return personalised jewellery?

Due to the custom nature of personalised items, personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or faulty.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not entered production, we may be able to make changes.
